Hi there,

Thank you for writing in. Unfortunately, the give User/Pass is not working for us. Would you please kindly double check and get back to us with the updated User/Pass of your website?

Meanwhile the Conflict you have mentioned can be caused by several reasons. But most prominent ones are:

https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/popular-questions/204
https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-customizer/196
(Not Working or Showing a White Screen section.)

You may need to contact your hosting service provider for some of the steps mentioned above.

Kindly get back to us with the login information and result of the solutions we gave.

Thank you.

Sorry, I goofed on the username as it autocorrected - the info there now should work for you.

Thanks,
Michael

Some further info for you here. So using Chrome I can actually use the Cornerstone Editor, but it won’t work at all in Safari anymore after updating Cornerstone and X. Is there any sort of fix for that or workarounds?

Hi there,

I managed to add a new page which is called a Test page and change one of your pages using the Safari browser.

It was indeed slow which shows you need to follow up the guide I already sent the link before with you hosting service provider:

https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-customizer/196
(Not Working or Showing a White Screen section.)

After you followed the steps above and still having problems kindly get back to us with the exact URL of the page which you can not edit as then it would be a specific page case which we will need to follow up.

Thank you.
