Columns in dropdown menu

Hello. I’m using X Pro and cannot find how to have the dropdown menu arrange sublinks in columns. Can you direct me to appropriate documentation? Thanks.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!

Please use Uber menu plugin which is coming with X theme. It has lots of control to make the menu you wanted to achieve.

The plugin can be found Dashboard-> pro scroll down to extension section.
Documentation can be find here. http://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-2

Thanks

I have installed UberMenu, and gone through the integration steps listed in https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/extension-ubermenu/75. However, it doesn’t seem like UberMenu has replaced the theme menu (which is supposed to happen according to the UberMenu tutorial video). What should I do next? Do I need to follow the manual integration steps in the UberMenu tutorial?

I’m working on dev1.thumbprintbooks.ca

Hi there,

Please kindly check the Test Page which I created and it is using the Uber Menu:

http://dev1.thumbprintbooks.ca/test-page

Please consider that the Inline Navigation element will not use the UberMenu. Here is how I made it work:

  1. I added a new Test Page
  2. I went to Appearance > UberMenu and followed the instructions below to set the menu integration in manual mode:
    http://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/integration/manual
  3. I copied the code which is given after the manual integration:
  4. I went to Pro > Launch > Headers and added a copy of the same header and double-clicked on the name of the header to rename it to Test Header.
  5. I assigned the test header to the Test Page.
  6. I deleted the Navigation Inline Element and added the Text element.
  7. I pasted the shortcode which I copied in the previous steps to the text element:

Please kindly consider that from now on you do not have control over the menu in the header builder and you need to do all the customizations inside the UberMenu settings.

Thank you.

Thank you SO MUCH for providing that transition!

You’re welcome.
