Color selector popup in Cornerstone broken

Hi,

I am trying to format color in Cornerstone and I can see that the popup is triggered, but it won’t open fully.

I have made sure that all of my popup blockers are disabled for my site.

Thanks for asking.

Please follow the steps below and give us the results:

1. Install the latest version of the Chrome or Firefox browser and test wether or not color box is functioning properly or not.
2. Make sure that you clear your browser cache.
3. Test the case with another machine and give us the result
4. Test the case with the private/incognito mode of your browser.
5. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
6. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I tried troubleshooting advice #1, #2, #4, #5 and #6. None of those worked.

I was ready to try on another computer but decided to switch from Chrome to Firefox and that fixed the problem.

I didn’t try this before writing because I didn’t think it would work. All of my browsers are always kept up to date so that they function optimally.

Are you on Mac? I see similar issues and most happens on Mac, but I can’t reproduce this issue no matter how many tests. So I assume it’s specific to user’s device, could you try it on a different device?
