Greetings.

I just installed the X Theme (awesome) with the demo from a salon. However, when I go into the main page where there is a deal for 10% off if visitor signs up for a newsletter, the following error is displayed:

Inside the “Classic Mailchimp Element”
“This element could not render because its definition is missing. You might need to activate a plugin.”

Strange because all Plug-Ins are activated.

Please assist.

Thanks for writing in!

Please make sure that Email forms plugin is installed and is active. Other then that problem can be because of cache. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note? I would like to take a look at the setup.
