Hi guys, I just downloaded the child theme theme but there was no .zip file in the folder that downloaded, how do I install the child theme in this case?

Please go here: https://theme.co/apex/child-themes, and download the x-child.zip file. This is the zip file that you need use to upload in Appearance > Themes.

That didn’t seem to work still the same problem, I took a screen shot to show what I get, I don’t get a box to click save, it just auto saves in my download folder but without the .zip file included

Go to the child themes page and right click in the button, then hit the “Save Link As”. If you were not able to save the x-child.zip and have the unzip x-child folder instead, then simply browse to the x-child folder, right click on it and hit Compress “x-child”. You can then make use of the resulting x-child.zip file.
And if nothing else is working, it could be because of your computer settings which is why to save us time going back and forth, please provide your site details in a secure note so that I can personally install the child theme for you.
