Changing Fond on theme

I have 2 questions please and hope you can help me.

I would like to have a different fond on my headers. Now I see within the system you offer many fonds google and systhem ones, but is there a way I can actually see how they look like, rather than just have their names?

2nd, what if I like a find I have on my Mac but you not in the Theme? can I upload a new fond on to the theme? and how??
