Hello,

I rebranded my business 1.5 years ago and I am in the process of closing down my old email account which my Theme.co account is tied to.

How do I change my email address on my account?

Thanks for writing in!

Unfortunately, you can’t change the email address for a account. You can create a new account in Apex forum and then transfer the licence to that account. For more information, please take a look at following resource:

That article you provided did not shed any light on how to move licenses from one account to another.

So, once I am done creating my new account, do you move the licenses for me?

Thanks for updating the thread.

Apologies for the confusion. Please do the following:

In your licence manager you just need to click on the padlock icon so that the licence is freed from current account. Next, login to the other account and add the licence in that account. Here’s the screenshot that you can take a look.
