Please note that this will require custom development. As custom development falls outside scope of the support we offer but I am pointing you in right direction that will help you to change the text. Before making any core changes I suggest you to please install and setup child theme. To do that please refer following resources:

https://theme.co/apex/child-themes

Then, under /wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/ open ethos.php and copy the code from line number 227 that starts with // Featured Index Content to 255 that ends with endif; and paste the copied code into child theme function.php file. Final step is to rename View Postas per requirement.
