Can't validate license on my site

I can’t seem to validate my license. It just says this:
CloudApp

When I click details, its blank.

Hi there,

Please kindly update the theme manually to version 5.2.2 and delete the Cornerstone plugin. The plugin will be installed automatically after you update the theme to version 5.2.2.

After that check the validation. Also, I still suspect that the cURL access is not available to our website and it is blocked from your hosting service provider.
