Can't validate license on Dev site

I am trying to validate the license for https://dev.singh-ray.com and when I hit enter it just goes to a blank page and doesn't validate. Any ideas? I'll give you credentials in a private note.

Upon checking the website https://dev.singh-ray.com there seems to be some issues with the SSL implementation as I am getting connection not secure message. I suggest you to check and resolve the issue. You can take a look at following articles for some help.

Next, upon further checking I see that you are running an old version of Cornerstone 3.1.4. Please update Cornerstone to the latest version 3.1.6 and then try to validate. I would also suggest you to please take a look at the validation guide for more information:

GoDaddy said we have to buy a separate SSL for the dev site even though its on the same server and we were hoping not to need that expense. Is it required for validating X?

I did update cornerstone and try validating again but the same thing happened. white screen.

Could you please try disabling your 3rd party plugins (keep Cornerstone plugins and the ones that comes with X) and try to validate your theme.

Didn't work. I even tried disabling everything except cornerstone and it still didn't work.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I logged into the backend using the credentials you have shared and can confirm that upon entering the purchase code page is blank (I got the purchase code from your licence page). Upon further checking the dev console, I see multiple error messages. Please see screenshot (please see secure note).

I suggest you to completely delete X Theme and Cornerstone and then download fresh copy of X Theme and install the same and see how it goes.
