Can't transfer licence

I am trying to transfer several of my x theme licences to new domains. It is not working like it used to. I am confused. And also bored.

Thanks for reaching out.

You can only transfer licenses to a different user account. And you can then assign the license to the new domain without transferring the license to another account. Please check this for more information https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-product-validation/55

Would you mind providing more information, like which license and site you’re trying to validate it with? Please provide them in a secure note.
