This when i click edit with Pro, this is the message i see.
“A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.”
This occurs on all pages, Sometimes when i relaunch my browser, it works again.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I only had plugins installed that where added by themeco pro, but i deactivated them all. still no go.
I do have multisite enabled, but we need that.

This can be caused by multiple factors, please read this post (see the 3rd question ). You said sometimes it works when you relaunch the browser, sounds a caching related issue to me.
