Can't access 'marks' controls for quotation boxes

I can’t see ‘marks’ controls for quotation boxes as described in the guide on this site. Please advise how I can access the controls

Hello Lucy,

Perhaps you have the Advanced Mode option of your site disabled. Please click on the cog icon on the settings area then enable the Advanced Mode option.

I can’t see any of the marks setup described. I’m also missing controls for accordion font styling
