Cannot validate license on stage site

I’ve added my staging site and manually updated my X theme to the latest version but can’t validate.

First, please make sure your internet is okay, then add the URL on your dashboard’s Licenses page.

Then follow the steps specifically on I’m Sold, How Do I Set It Up? section: Setup - Product Validation?

If it’s still not working, kindly provide us a screenshot of the error.

Followed the instructions, had the url entered correctly but still not working. I’ve disabled all plugins and tested as well.

Hi There,

Probably your Cornerstone plugin is corrupted. Please delete your Cornerstone plugin from your WordPress back-end and then head over to X -> Overview section and wait for few seconds to re-install the latest version automatically.

Then try re-validating your site again and it should work.

That fixed it. I also had some database issues as well that needed to be resolved.
