Background image for column

Hi, sorry! I had an issue trying to add in an image to the background.
I can’t seem to reply to my past ticket but I just circled back to it

So I clicked on Advanced and added the photo in. But it shows up how I want it in the preview, but on the website, it’s super tiny. I have in my notes that I had it 180x top and 110x bottom.

Where do I put those dimensions in to have that size of photo show?
Here is my screenshot:

I also have no idea what Background Lower Layer is, and what Upper Layer is.

Hi There,

Upper and Lower Layer can be combined to create more complex backgrounds…for example…

Imagina on the Lower Layer a rainy day and on upper layer a image with transparency a raindrops with parallax to create a cool effect.

Or imaine you have an image that is to light and you are using a white font, so you can put a darker upper layer to darken a bit your lower layer.

But if you want to use just a single image you can use any of them and dont worry about the other.

Regarding your website, try placing a classic gap element on the column so it looks bigger on the browser.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Can you please elaborate what a classic gap element is and where it is?
In the old system, there was a place to put in “180x top and 110x bottom”

I tried moving the Padding to 100 and 100 (the top and bottom were both set at 45 when I created the new segement) but you can see from going to the website (very bottom - the blue boy lantern photo) that it’s just not showing the whole thing.

Hi,

The gap element is in Cornerstone.

Please see screenshot

You can then add a size to it.

Hope this helps
