XPro warning - The preview could not load

I’m trying to edit a page using cornerstone and this error pops up.

"The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong."

So far all other pages I’m able to edit. This one though I can’t.

Can you help?
Thanks

Hello @giusep71,

Thanks for writing in!

Please try out following solutions:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

Thanks for your reply.
I’ve fixed the problem, which appeared to be related to something different than plugins.
For some reason I did edit the url of the page. That is what was causing the issue. By changing the url back to the original url all works fine.
Can you help to understand how to correctly edit the url of a page without troubles?

Hey @giusep71,

Is there a chance that you can temporarily disable the language plugin that you are using and see if that fixes the issue?

If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:
