Its IS stacking now, but it is only occupying 50% of the container. See attached.

Please find this:

#the-row .x-column {
width: 48%;
float: left;
margin-right: 4%;
}

and update to:

#the-row .x-column {
        width: 100%;
        float: left;
        margin-right: 4%;
    }
