Wordpress 5.3 The Grid Formatting problems

Ive recently upgraded to Wordpress 5.3 and the grid posts formatting has gone haywire.

Is this a known problem with compatibility or is there something I need to go to get formatting to be consistent again?

Ive had a closer look and I isuspect its because the grid plug in is saying it needs an upgrade. When I try to upgrade it, it says its on the latest version, but then reports it still needs an upgrade in the bulk extensions manager.

How can I remove and reinstall this or successfully upgrade it?

Hi Will,

If you have updated your Wordpress version, please also make sure to you fully clear your autoptimize cache since the problem might be because you are seeing some cached files.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Hi Will,

I have check again and it seems working correctly. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqXrnyUUU4
Based on your settings on Theme Options > Blog that how should it be. Masonry, 3 columns and FULL POST Content on index is set to ON.

In case that is not the intended result, please give us more details so we can check further. Thank you.

absolutely not how its supposed to be displaying it should be as per The Grid preview

Hello Will,

If you disable the Full Content on Index option in X > Theme Options > Blog, you will have a three column masonry grid with excerpts in it almost similar to The Grid Preview.

You cannot have the exact layout as theGrid preview because they do not share the same structure. TheGrid is separate and different from the blog index.

Hope this helps. Check your blog index now.
