It seems that the issue is related to your hosting server, I would suggest you contact the Hosting Service provider.

Let’s talk about your WooCommerce and The Grid issue, we can not help you without WP-ADMIN access and your site access since we are not able to replicate the issue at our end. Please fix your server issue and then send your login details to us as @tristup suggested.
