I’m not entirely sure PHP 8.2 will do anything, but if you’re already on 8.0 you shouldn’t have any issues going up. This one is really alluding me if mbstring is already installed. Having that disabled actually relies on a fallback function from WPML so you would be good either way on that, but based on the stack trace this is something WPML is doing. Disabling WP blocks might help too.
add_filter("cs_wpml_enable_page_builder_integration", "__return_true") For the meantime if adding this filter to a child theme fixes the issue, then it’s the change we made. But then your back to the page saving overwritting issue again.
Is there a WPML upgrade available to you? I’d also reach out to them with the following if they have any answers. It really shouldn’t have a fatal error so they’re missing a check somewhere. The whole stack trace might help them too.
This is the following error, it happens after wp_update_post.

That’s unfortunate the filter didn’t work because at this point it’s a WPML thing.
Those zlib issues can probably be ignored and looks to be connected to really-simple-ssl, the following forum post seems to fix that if that helps, but The fatal error was the mb_strpos error from WPML which would prevent the save.
