Hi, this is what the default hamburger menu looks like. I can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks!
Hi @brianstock,
Cam you inspect the element and try this settings:

I tried your settings, still looks too fat…
Hey @brianstock,
I just first want to let you know that though it looks huge on your end, it looks very small on my end.
This is because there’s currently a difference with EM based burger output between the regular browsers and these browsers:
- Chrome in certain laptop models
Regarding the Chrome browser, we currently suspect that this is because of the Device Pixel Density of the laptop and the way the Chrome browser works in such devices having this issue.
With that said, would you mind checking what your device pixel density is by visiting this site: https://bjango.com/articles/min-device-pixel-ratio/. Please post a screenshot of the result so we’ll add that to our investigation.
For now. please try using PX units.as that won’t scale so it will remain the same size in all devices.
Thanks.
Hello @brianstock,
Thanks for updating the thread.
I tried to replicate the issue on my end but I am unable to do so. However, the issue is a bit odd and for that reason we have also informed our developers. Can you please let us know the device name and model number you are using to access the website?
Thanks.
