What's the best way to use ConvertKit forms on Pro theme?

I am trying to install some forms on the theme and I’m not having much luck.

Normally, I would usually insert the short code like this: [convertkit form=4928] but alas, when I put into the raw code, it doesn’t work.

You can try to add this shortcode inside a Text block.

how is something as simple as inserting a shortcode not working with the Pro editor?

Hi there,

Maybe the shortcode generates complex layout and assets (css/javascript) in which the builder is unable to capture? With that kind of shortcode, it will need further integration to the builder. Similar to Revslider, essential grid, and other 3rd party plugins, it still needs integration to cornerstone for it to work.

Though, if it’s just a simple shortcode that generates simple shortcode, then I will need to check it :slight_smile: Please provide your site’s URL that has this issue and your admin login credentials in a secure note.
