There is unused CSS, JS and other blocking elements in WPress, the Themeco Pro/Cornerstone and some of the plugins. We all read, all did, and know the rest of the optimization routines. I need to know how to remove the “unused stuff.”

These issues are mostly related to the content and nothing related to the Theme. I would suggest you go through the referred thread by my colleague in his post, which may help you increase the performance of your site.

Not quite accurate. Some issues state: …“integrity, theme” etc. How do I upload a copy of the report and a screenshot?

In case you want to share the screenshot and other reports, I would suggest you upload it to Google Drive publicly and share the URL in the secure note so that we can access it and advise you properly.
