Video does not play in Background Lower Layer

Hi guys,
today I’m experiencing this issue in my homepage… The video does not start. Yesterday it worked well.

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that you are not supposed to insert a Youtube link. You need to insert a VIDEO URL that is in *.mp4, *.ogv or *.webm format.

You cannot simply use any Youtube or Vimeo video as a background video.
