I have a slider and one slide has a very light video background. I have the following options here: “Loop”, “Parallax” and “Pause out of view”. But I need to start playing the video only on mouse hover. How can I do this?

Pausing is not possible in Video Background feature. This would require custom development which is outside the scope of our theme support. But, I will list this as a feature request so this will have a chance to be added in a future version. For now, if you need the feature, we can guide you on how to do custom development in our One service.
