Validation problem pro unlimited lifetime

Hi there,

I love my pro unlimited license, but i really don’t like, that it doesn’t work to license them without any problems. For instance I wanted to activate the license for my new page https://www.crispinthurlow.net/. So I went to https://theme.co/account/dashboard and added the new site to copy and paste the new code. So i pasted the new code in my wordpress-backend and when i hit enter, there is a message, that the license is now validated, but on the same screen, there is still the window, that tells me, that i have to activate my license.

I saw, that quite a few pro-lovers were having some problems with that. An update on this would be much appreciated, please.

Hey Gabriel,

We had a license validation issue previously but it’s fixed weeks back. Most license validation issues are on the side of the web host.

If you have validated Pro in your site and after reloading the validation page, it’s still not validated, that means that the license doesn’t get entered into the database. If this is the case, please try out the solution provided by another user here License not validating

If not, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• cPanel access
