Glad you found a workaround regarding the redirection issue, you can be right with that it is a bug, but you can also be wrong since it works on your other site. It could be something on your configuration but we can’t really tell that since we did not have a chance to investigate how you set up things, we can only see what is going on from your admin dashboard.
Are you following one of the methods provided on Wordpress documentation here? Please audit your configuration.
Besides the Demos all the features of X are also on PRO, I think you’re referring to the Advance Mode, please enable the Advance Mode on the Cornerstone/Content Builder navigate to Settings > Preferences > Advanced Mode, save.
If you don’t see that option in there, please navigate to X > Settings > User Preferences > Advance Mode and set it to Always On.
This will bring all the options on Elements.
