Hey @Scendre,
I tried logging in but it was blocked.

Regarding the update, please try going to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button.

The WordPress update notification usually works after than.
Uploading…
If that doesn’t help, you will need to manually update X. You can read the manual update instruction at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62
@Scendre,
The cause could be different on your end. Please perform these other basic troubleshooting steps which usually fixed builder and frontend issues…
-
If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches then temporarily deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. Clear your browser’s cache after this and check if the issue persists.
-
If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and temporarily disconnect your site from the CDN.
-
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
-
If you’re using a child theme, switch to the parent theme.
-
Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
If none of that helps, please open a separate thread and give us your site’s WordPress Login URL, Username and Password in a Secure Note
Thanks.
