Cornerstone and any of the Pro modules do not work. Also saving Settings results in ‘Sorry! Unable to Save…’ message. Tool links to https://mysite.com/site/pro/#/headers… but I see a unanswered AJAX request when requesting to save setting changes, and nothing when loading any of the modules. Been trying to troubleshoot on my end to no avail.

Please help. I can provide actual site url and credentials to access for troubleshooting. Thank you!

Hello Reggie,

Thanks for writing in!

It seems that you have exhausted your PHP memory limit. We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

I have increased the memory size as instructed. Still no joy.

Please see the secure note.

Kindly make sure that your server can run the latest WordPress core. You must have meet the server requirements which can be check here:

Which country are you accessing from. If you are in China Russia or the Netherlands, these Locales are being blocked completely due to a high volume of automated attacks coming from these countries of origin. If you are in any of these countries, I can disable the region blocking.

Hey Reggie,

We have several staffs working 24/7 across the globe. Can you please unblock Philippines so I can log in?

Thanks.

Phillipines should be unblocked. Please try logging in again.

Hello Reggie,

I am still not able to login to your site.
Please double check.

Thanks.

I have logged in with my phone on a separate network using the credentials I sent you and my own. I also see no blocking on my internet appliance for the Phillipines. Are you able to get to the login page?

Hi Reggie,

It’s the same on my end, it’s became accessible on first try then won’t work on second reload. Hence, perhaps it has built-in security that blocks visitor based on location. And since accessible on first try then maybe it’s blocking the IP address.

It would work on your devices since you’re located on allowed locations.

Also, your domain is ddns.net based, so probably it’s really the issue. It’s not completely public, perhaps you could move it online where its IP is available in public?

Thanks!

See IP address for direct access in secure note.

Any luck logging in using the IP?

I had already disbaled wordfence and have also uninstalled wordfence. Can you try the ip and dns logins again?

Hoping you guys were able to get in… please confirm…

Hey guys… hope you didn’t forget about me. Hoping to get this resolved soon. Can’t complete my client’s project without feedback on what may be causing the plugin to not load or save any settings.

Hello Reggie,

I have tried to log in over and over and I get the same results. I am getting this error:

Can you please host your staging url in another 3rd party staging sites like flywheel, wpengine or pantheon.io so that we can access it?

Thank you.

See server logs that showed your login attempt. I have made a tweak to the ssl cert… hopefully that fixes it.

Please let me know if you can login
