Unable to edit a page (not loading in cornerstone)

Hey guys I have a page on my website I can view fine front end but I am unable to edit it in cornerstone. The console shows the following error:

Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'window.csAppConfig.data')

Could you take a look for me if I add a secure note with my details?

Hello Mark,

I have logged in and checked your site. There may be a few things you need to resolve the issue.

1.) Make sure that all your plugins are up to date. At the moment, more than 10 plugins need updating.

2.) In Tools > Site Health > Status, resolve any performance issues. You have an outdated SQL Server, too.

3.) Test for a plugin conflict. In some cases, the Complianz plugin may create a conflict with the builder.
