we recently installed pro theme on https://datacoop.com.au website and faced with a strange issue - even with advanced mode on in user preferences I still cannot see any advanced user features. Is there a glitch?

When you enable the Advanced Mode option, you will get the full option available for the elements in the builders. For example:
If you are still not seeing the full options, perhaps there is something in your setup that is causing the issue so please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
