A colleague of mine is unable to access the cornerstone editor. For me, it loads flawlessly, so there shouldn’t be an issue.
Site is using php 7.2, and the following php settings.
Any idea what else can cause this to happen?

If you are able to access and edit Cornerstone pages without any issue but some others don’t kindly have then clear their browser cache and try to check the page again.
If the issue persists, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
