Trouble accessing custom fonts in font manager

Hi,

I’ve uploaded my custom fonts as woff files to my media library, however, they do not show up in the list on font manager.

Am I missing something?

Hey Fiona,

Did you add the Woff font using the Font Manager. Upon checking there’s no Custom Font in your site.

If you did use the Font Manager, please downgrade WordPress for now because of this known issue.

Hi @FifiLAUA,

Upon checking your website, you are running an older PHP version which has a critical issue with the latest version of WordPress, I advise you to upgrade your PHP version.

I also tried to replicate your issue on my local server with the latest version of WordPress 5.4.2 and 7.2 PHP version and my custom fonts .woff is working.

Please let us know how it goes when you are done upgrading your PHP version.

On the other hand, the WordPress version of what my colleagues shared about this topic is WordPress 5.3.3.
