Yes I was using his code. The code is correctly written and the woocommerce.php file is there since the beginning. It was never missing. Still not working.

Have you changed your FTP credentials? I can’t log in to your site’s FTP anymore.
And what do you mean since the beginning? Is it there even before Thai’s provided the code? If not and if it’s causing issues and error, I recommend removing it. That’s because of the condition,
if(is_singular( 'product' )){ Is a product page, then use default woocommerce content
then } else {, use the grid.
But what if it’s the cart page or other woocommerce pages, it will still display the grid except for product page. Hence, I recommend removing that file and contact a woocommerce developer to properly implement it.
