Tco-terms-of-use plugin crashes under PHP8

Hi, just a bug report here. I’m working locally with Pro 6.1.3. When I use PHP 8.1.9 I get the crash data: link here.

But when I remove the plugin “TCO Terms of Use” I don’t get an error. That plugin does work with PHP 7.4, so possibly some updating necessary?
Pro version 6.1.3
PHP 8.1.9
Apache
MySQL 8.0.16
WP 6.1.1

I know I’m out of the support window, so just an fyi here.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for reporting it.
I have checked it in the local environment but the said plugin worked perfectly fine. If we still find that, we will add this to our Issue Tracker for further investigation.
