Thank you so much for your help A problem with the bbpress favourites, subscriptions, and profile menus, is that it’s user specific.

Do you know how to find out the URL to call up the specific user’s information so I can put it in the menu URL? I’d like it for the profile, favourites, and subscriptions (as shown in the original bbpress navigation), please

Hi T,

Unfortunately, the integration of dynamic content on the menu like what you are trying to achieve is not available by default. It needs to be coded on the template and it is outside the scope of our support. Though I found this plugin that might help without custom coding:

Thank you for the link. Is there a chance that Theme.co will be adjusting the sticky header so that the bbpress navigation doesn’t disappear?

I don’t mind using the plugin for temporary use… but would prefer not to have it as long term. I read in a forum that theme.co had set things up to integrate well with bbpress…that’s why I purchased the license. lol.

Any idea when the forum page can have a header assigned? (please see above post) I’m just curious about an ETA as the plan is to launch by Feb… but there will be people looking at the site by next week…

I’m sorry but we can not provide an ETA.

With regards to bbpress, this is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive. Thanks!

Understood. I’m able to deal with the bbpress navigation/menu now.

The big issue is my site looks ridiculous with the forum not having the same header. I hope this is something that will be fixed quickly. It’s not a feature, but more of a flaw that the sticky header doesn’t work on the forum page. (http://starwarscards.collects-it.com/forums/)

I’m afraid that the footer is also going to give me the same issue on the forum page, but there’s no where else to adjust the colours (without going into custom code), so people are forced to use the builder.

Also, the gap above the hamburger bar (small browser windows and mobile devices) also looks horrible. I hope that will be fixed also. That looks like a flaw to me as well, as it shouldn’t leave a gap when you scroll.

I’m sure you guys are crazy busy. I know your themes are raved about by many. I loved Pro with the first license I bought. This time around, I keep hitting road blocks. These two issues make me look bad, and will hold me back from launching - not good. I hope you can understand my view as a customer after spending about $100 Canadian (yikes) and having functions just not work that may or may not be fixed.

I totally understand that you are expected an answer for the latest reply, but unfortunately, this thread is getting too long that we are unable to maintain anymore, I myself as another support staff are completely puzzled with the overwhelming information which I tried to understand from the top of the thread. This way the quality of the answers will go down and honestly it will be super hard for our other customers to find valuable information from the back and forth.

I strongly suggest that you open up separate threads for each case you have still remaining with detailed information for each one and we will be more than happy to try our best to help and give you the best answer we can focus on each issue separately.

I myself, for example, set a header in the header builder as a global one and it is showing on all pages including the forum pages of the bbPress, so we will need to double check the case with you in a separate thread to know more about your settings.
