SSL for under construction page?

Hi,

I’m still developing this site (https://deniseguerringue.com), so I have the under construction page enabled. I just moved this site to a new host, installed Let’s Encrypt certifications, and changed the settings to https:. However, when I’m logged out, the under construction page is not served securely.

Let me know if there is something I overlooked, or if this is expected or normal behavior.
