Snippet extension causing problems with Time Picker ACF fields

Minor thing I came across today but wanted to note it for a potential future fix. Installing the Snippet extension caused ACF Time Picker fields to stop functioning correctly. The displayed format was wrong and I was no longer able to change or update the fields. They still displayed correctly on the front end. I found this issue to be consistent across every site I manage that has any time pickers (ACF Date-Time Pickers were unaffected). Disabling Snippet fixed the issue.
