Slider Rev restaurant theme Side Bar Issue

Hello,

Im trying to figure out how to Add the side bar (with logo and menu) to cover the tranparent side bar on the Revolution slider at the top of the website. Example, the side bar is yellow below the slider, but it transparent on the slider … I want it all yellow, so it consistent.
any ideas how to fix it?
