Setup DEMO content Agency but failed

Hi,

I try to setup DEMO content Agency on Wordpress 5.2.1 but failed.

The error message on console is as below.

X Demo Importer failure
{message: “We’re sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.”, debug_message: “Invalid taxonomy.”, debug: null}

I have cleaned DEMO cache and retried many times. But got same errors.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for writing in, but sorry I can’t replicate this issue on my end, the Agency Demo imported just fine on my dev site. Please confirm the following:

• Ensure that you are fully up to date. X and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)
• Ensure the Cornerstone is Enabled (check in the Plugins panel)
• Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Please deactivate this caching features while we tackle this issue.

If nothing works, please provide us your site URL and login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

I found I did not install Cornerstone.

Everything work well after installed it.
