Scrolling not working on smartphone

Hi,

Scrolling is no longer working properly on a smartphone, whether it’s up or down - despite working perfectly fine on a laptop/desktop. It’s not working on an iPhone, but I haven’t been able to test it on Androids.

After a while, sometimes it is working but still very randomly.

I’ve tried working on the settings but no success so far.

Hi Severine,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The scrolling issue is happening because of your footer setup. I believe the cause of the issue is your footer bars height. To fix this, inspect all of your Bars in Footer builder and set the Height to auto (see screenshots)

Hi Nabeel,

Thank you for your response. I tried what your suggestion and it didn’t change much.
However I changed in the footer: setup > content scrolling > on and it seems to have sorted the issue out.
