Return policy

I had one of my clients buy this theme as I solely use pro, but he may not be able to use it. He bought it two days ago and it has not been used. What is your return policy please? Thank you.

We consider each refund/return request individually as we do not have a fix returns policy. That being said, we would like to try and assist the client with any difficulties they are having with the Pro Theme. If the client is facing any issues or need some guidance in using Pro Theme, please let us know.

We also have good amount of tutorials and videos in our KB section that one can take a look and get well versed with Pro Theme and it’s features:
