ProVersion: 5.0.7 Breakpoints

I am liking the new responsive break points but I am hitting an odd bug or perhaps my user error.

I am setting 100 px and up and the base break point for two columns and all others for one column. However, making the smaller screens to one column seems to switch the base and 1200 to one column as well.

User error on my part?

Thank you!

Hey Michael,

It might have something to do with your WordPress setup like the user in this thread Pro Update 5.0.4 breakpoint row

Check the thread to see if you have a similar setup then modify your WordPress locale like what the user did.

If that doesn’t apply to you, please first do the following troubleshooting steps to narrow down the cause of the issue.

  1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
  2. Theme Update
  3. Child Theme
  4. Css/Js Customization

Only if none of those help, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
  • Page URL where we can see the issue and tell us what section

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.

It seems that this issue is related to the change of the basis breaktpoint. Take a look at the thread what @christian mentioned.

My issue was that i set the basis breakpoint to the highest after the update. If i set it back to the initial one: 1200 and up, everything works as it should be.

OK, I read through that thread a few times. While first not intuitive, I found where to click. Thank you!

Hi Michael,

Glad that you found that, please let us know if you have any further issues with this.

Thanks
