Pro Header preview not working, keeps loading

Hi,

Pro preview is not working on a new site I’m building. Specifically the header part is giving me this:

I don’t know where to click to start creating a new header.

Consolelog in Chrome says:

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://www.site.dev/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/assets/dist/js/admin/huebert.0ce70e6.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

Tested in both Firefox and Chrome.
Have already switched off third party plugins.

Also, I can’t access elements in Pro when editing regular pages.

Hello @hooijerik,

Did you update you Pro version before the issue started? It could be possible that some of the files are corrupted. You may try reinstalling Pro manually through FTP.

Firstly, please get the latest version of Pro:

https://theme.co/account/license

Then login through FTP and follow the steps here:

Please make a full backup of your site before doing any changes.

Hope this helps.

Hi @hooijerik,

Would you mind providing us your site URL and login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look?

In the meantime, please confirm that your current site URL and the WordPress Address and Site Address under the Settings > General are all identical, if your site URL starts with https: then all should start at https: if this is not the case on your site, please follow the solution provided here.

Cheers!

Hi @friech, reinstallation of WordPress and Pro solved everything. Kinda rigorous, but was just starting out on this staging site.

Hi @hooijerik,

We are glad that you made it work at last.

Thank you.
