I double checked the case and went to the About page by clicking on the Edit with Pro link. It took a while to load the page and then I could change the section with no problem. I added extra ! to Short and Sweet Headlines are Best!.
I think the problem is the browser. I know you have mentioned that Firefox is the browser of your choice but please continue work with Chrome as it seems that the problem is browser specific. I tested the case with Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181.
