PRO breaking WooCommerce Credit Card Input Fields

Any reason why PRO would be causing this to WooCommerce?

It’s breaking Credit Card input fields for this payment gateway.

I can confirm on our staging site that it’s no custom JS/CSS/Child Theme code breaking this or even a plugin conflict. Everything is updated and turned off barring WC and this Payment Gateway plugin and it still appears this way ONLY on the PRO theme. The fields work just fine on Twenty Twenty-Five or any base WP theme.

Reached out to the devs of the payment gateway plugin and they also confirmed that it’s the theme.

Here is the staging link

(Just add items to cart first and the issue crops up on Checkout > Add New Card)

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Hello @cjavier,

Thank you for the inquiry.

We tried checking the page above but encountered a critical error. Is this site accessible on your end right now?

Sorry, I think the plugin devs broke something on that staging environment.
I refreshed it - should be working now Ismael. Appreciate your assistance.

Thank you for the update.

We are not yet sure what’s causing the issue, but we noticed that the fields are supposed to be rendered as iframes, but they are not loading as they should. Did you install a third-party payment gateway extension? It’s possible that the payment gateway only accepts access from a list of specific sites. You may need to include your staging site in this list.

We may need to access the dashboard to further check the issue. Please provide the login details in the secure note.

Best regards,
Ismael

Yes there’s a third party gateway extension. It’s the only plugin enabled. Credentials in secure note. The thing is that this issue is also occurring on the live site.

Would be worth noting that it DID used to work.

Sorry try now - had to re-add user since i refreshed the staging site

Sorry, but the password is still incorrect. Did you change it? Please provide the updated credentials in the secure note.

Anyway, we’ve found a thread which might be related to this issue: Woo payment gateway (clover) conflict

Did you happen to create the checkout page using the Cornerstone Builder? If you did, please try deleting them and then regenerating the default WooCommerce pages as suggested in the previous thread. Make sure to create a restore point or site backup before doing so. Let us know what happens.

Best regards,
Ismael

Sorry for the continued issues and appreciate your patience.
Attached new credentials

Thank you for the info.

We created a new page called “Checkout Test,” inserted the Checkout block using the default block editor, and set this as the default checkout page. The credit card fields are now displaying as they should. Please check the link in the secure note.

You may need to avoid using the Cornerstone Builder for your checkout page and instead use the default checkout template in order to use the plugin.

Great thank you. I will work this out. Your support is much appreciated.

Hey @cjavier,

You’re most welcome!
