I’ve just started getting the annoying “preview could not load” suddenly, affecting most pages, archives and components. This has happened all of a sudden - and I have a meeting regarding this website’s progress later this afternoon… the live site appears to working, but anything within Cornerstone is struggling.
I’ve just deactivated Cornerstone Forms and it seems to have stopped the issue - so there must be a problem within the plugin or something that’s been created with Forms I’m guessing
Hello @underbitestudio,
Thanks for writing to us.
I checked your site on my end, and it is working fine. I tested the page, components, and header as well, and everything is functioning properly on my side. I also tested it in Google Chrome version 149.0.7827.114.
It may be a browser cache issue. I would suggest clearing your browser cache, clearing the cache from the cache plugin, temporarily deactivating the cache plugin, and then checking it again.
Thanks
Hi Prakash, it was an issue with Cornerstone Forms. I had created a pretty simple form within a modal, a few text input and text area fields, and it broke all the pages and archives. Once I deleted that form, everything was fine again
Hello @underbitestudio,
I would suggest you please create a page with the form and share the exact page URL so we can check it on our end.
Thanks
