if we should upgrade current X to X pro,
what step of upgrade will be good as remove or suspend current X 6.5.5 and Cornerston 3.5.4?

After the conversion, you will no longer need the Cornerstone plugin and you need to delete that plugin.

yes we found it on our dashboard page,
we try to download it new Pro file to install on our WP.

Glad you’ve it. You can install Pro first then switch to it rather than deleting X first. The switch is smoother that way.
