Sorry for the frustrations here. We still want to help you to sort these issues.

First of all please note that whenever you reply to your ticket, your ticket will be moved to the end of our ticket queue. So the best way is to wait till you get a response from our staff without adding additional replies to your ticket which will create additional waiting time for you. Hope that make sense.

Upon checking, I see that you have changed your login credentials. One of the things you can do is,

  1. Install the following plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/) and activate it. Then head over to Dashboard -> WP-Serverinfo are and check for the following server configurations.
    PHP version - we recommend to use PHP v5.6.x or higher to avoid incompatibility issues.
    PHP Max Script Execution Time - Set this value to 120 or higher. Refer to this guide.
    PHP Memory Limit - 512MiB or higher. If you have a lower memory limit, refer to the following guide here on how to increase it.
  2. Then as @friech mentioned above, you need to update your WordPress to the latest version (v4.9.6), X theme to the latest version (v6.1.6) and Cornerstone to the latest version (v3.1.6) to avoid incompatibility issues. You can follow our update guide here. Basically if you cannot delete your X theme or Cornerstone through WordPress backend. You can connect through your FTP account, and delete them manually. You can locate theme folder under (/wp-content/themes/x) and Cornerstone plugin folder under (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone). Once you delete those current versions, you can download the latest version from your Envato account and install them.
