I managed to figure it out. For anyone using SITEGROUND as a host.
I’m using SITEGROUND OPTIMIZER and turning on Combine JavaScript Files messes up the toggle.
One question, there is an option to exclude certain files from the combiner. Any idea which file I should exclude to make this work?

Please try excluding the files listed here. Or if you can exclude an entire folder, please exclude the theme folder.
